The ultimate objective of a case is to be taught. The pandemic added as a catalyst to adapt to digital teaching. Cases should be short and interesting and decision focused. Students might be distracted so the choice of case is crutial such as multimedia cases that serve multiple purposes.

Choice of case is important. Many case studies can be developed around sustainability, vaccine development, public health, supply chain disruption, sectorwise impact of covid and their solutions. Real solutions to the issues should be catered. Creation of cases using right multimedia tools is important. Collaborations in case writing needs prudence.
