Dr. Vidhya Thakkar, Assistant Professor, K J Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai
Talent Acquisition and planning, Interpersonal conflict and Organizational development

Abstract : Hills school was a well known school chain in Pune that educated pupils from middle class households over the past two decades. The pedagogy of the school was created so that students would love learning and be employable after completing their higher education. However, things were not so simple when the school year began in 2000. This case examines one of the earliest teething problems encountered by the school. In the first year of the school operation, there is an interpersonal struggle between two members of the school leadership team, which places kids, parents, instructors, and administrative staff in a tough situation.
