Abstract  The case of business & environment in Erode Textile Mall discusses and brings an understanding of businesses operations and challenges faced in its environment. The case provides an opportunity to explore a real business situation with subject to stakeholders of internal & external environment and their incompatible views. The opening paragraph of the case elaborates the interest of the investors of Erode Mall Pvt Ltd to challenges to promote their vision among the stakeholders of the organization and reviles the core Idea behind the ventures and facilities to support the textile clusters of Tamil Nadu. The case provides an overview of Industry profile, stakeholder’s profile and business infrastructure for a futuristic growth for the textile business investors in Texvalley. The case portrays the crucial factors like micro and macro environment impact including faced by the primary stakeholders and avenues to overcome the challenges. The major limitations faced by Erode Mall Pvt Ltd (Texvalley) is to attain the business objectives by carefully mitigating the risks from internal and external factors interface.
