The purpose of this case study is to identify the key strategic leadership skills of Ms. Malvika Hegde which resulted in revival and turnaround of Café Coffee Day chain and demonstrates that a leader irrespective of gender can sail the organisation to its shores even at the time when it is sinking due to loss.
