It explores the principles of resource-efficient project planning, emotionally intelligent leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and sustainability within a high-impact, low-budget context.

2. Analyze how purpose-driven leadership mobilizes people and resources.
3. Explore project management in a non-profit, time-bound, resource-constrained environment.
4. Evaluate strategies for civic collaboration with public stakeholders.
5. Identify sustainability measures in local event planning.
